What data we process

Enquiry form: name, company, email, country, product and, if you provide them, phone, battery type, market role, number of models, timeframe and message.

Guide questionnaire: name, email, country, sectors, product type, market role and the state of your information.

Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to reply. Please do not include sensitive data or data about other people.

Purpose and legal basis

Enquiry: to answer your request and, if you ask, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Guide: to send you the guide you request and answer your questions about it. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to the controller's email.

We will not send you marketing or newsletters unless you agree to them separately. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles.

How long we keep it

While we handle your request and for up to 12 months after the last contact if no contract follows. If you hire a service, the necessary data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by commercial and tax law.

Who else accesses the data

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Two providers process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting, United States) and OVH SAS (email, France).

Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as an adequate safeguard for these transfers (Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795).

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to the controller's email. We will reply within one month.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the data protection authority of your EU country.

Cookies

This website only uses one technical cookie, SIVERDE_LOCALE, to remember the language you choose. We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party trackers. The hosting provider logs technical data, such as IP addresses, to run and secure the service.
